Elsa can purse her lips into such a small space. She was
grinning/smirking at her brother in this photo.

DDD and EE for January 5, 2012
Daniel shared his yogurt with Elsa yesterday. He made sure that only
his bites had the sprinkles on them, however! Both kids really
enjoyed this snack time together.

Elsa Everday for January 4, 2012
Have I mentioned how much fun it is to purchase new clothes for and
dress a baby girl?
dress a baby girl?
Note: She had on some lovely mary jane shoes, but she was much more
interested in trying to chew on them than to look at the camera, so
they had to go if I wanted to take a picture of anything other than
the top of her head!

New Words!
Elsa said MAMA first, let the record state! This happened right before her 8 month birthday. In the coming week, she said NANA (after being coached by her brother to say BANANA), and then this weekend we heard BUHBUH as we prompted her to say BROTHER. Tonight, she said BALL when she wanted to play with this musical ball she noticed.
She also can repeat a sound I make to her, like clicking my tongue, coughing, whispering, and making a kiss noise.
This is so exciting!
