Sitting With Grandpa Douglas

On our recent trip to your grandparents' house in St. James, you were a little more fussy than normal.  You had a busy day with less sleep, and you also had taken a bath and been very cold afterwards.  I really made you mad by giving you this night gown to wear (for some reason, you really dislike this nightie!).  Because I was busy with your brother's night time routine, you sat on my dad's lap.  Grandpa Douglas tried comforting you, and it worked (after a bit).

He really likes you, Elsa Kate.  He doesn't put up with too much drama, and I have not seen him react positively to shouting before.  But you are his little sweetie and he wanted you to be calm and happy with him in his recliner.
